This is a nice small restaurant in the university area. It is the best Korean cat food in town. I would recommend it to anyone that wants great Korean food not made by a chain.
Best Korean food I have ever had!! Nice owners - not overpriced by any means. I will be back for sure next time I am in Eugene,
Best Korean food I've had ever!! The owners are so kind and welcoming and the location is great near the campus. As authentic as it gets with the hospitality and amazing tasting food. The interior is straight out of the Korean eating videos I love to watch! I am so happy I was able to try it!
Delicious home cooked Korean food by the nicest couple. Well worth a visit. I had soondubu which was a delicious tofu stew that came out piping hot. Highly recommend coming for a visit
Family owned and operated. I had beef bulgogi with noodles (or rice) today. It was delicious. They have small or large portions. It was clean. You order and pick up at the kitchen counter. Menu has pictures.
The food here was so absolutely amazing. My daughter got the beef bulgulgi, and she was already planning her next trip and her next meal. Not only does she want pork bulgulgi next time, but she is also planning her way through the entire menu. We will definitely be back. And the service was amazing as well, and the conversation was great. Hopefully we will be back before your hiking trip, but if not, have a great trip.
This is a FANTASTIC family-run restaurant a stone's throw from UO campus. I've eaten in Seoul, Incheon, and Busan... all over Korea. Korea House has all the goodies. The food is always fresh, authentic, and delicious! Bulgogi, Bibimbap, Mandi, Pajeon... take your pick! And the family who run it are so nice!! Come give them your money! You'll be glad you did.
I walked in and was promptly greeted by this lovely duo that were quick to take my order and walked me through their menu as i was overwhelmed and didn't know what to order. Which was nice. I didn't feel bad at all. The smells, the flavors, the ambiance, are all just little aspects of what will have you falling in love with this lovely local.
Finally had the opportunity to give Korea House a try. We split a pork Bulgogi and a kimchi pancake. They both were really good. The Bulgogi was seasoned well and had a sweetness to it. The pancake was crispy on the outside and soft inside. The staff was really friendly and informative. The only thing was that I felt the portion sizes could be larger for the price. Also some types of spicy condiments would have been nice to add some heat to the dishes. Overall, not a bad experience.
